You may return new, unopened items or defective items sold and fulfilled by Serjical Strike within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not appear in the list of orders eligible for return in our online Returns Department. Such an order will not receive a refund if you do choose to return it.
