Having placed your order you will then be able to track what stage your order is at.
You will be emailed your order status as the order goes through our system and you can also check it by signing into the web shop and clicking on ‘View My Order History’ under the ‘Account Info’ section. Under this section is a list of all orders you have placed and the status that each order is at.
Here is an explanation as to what each status means:
New Order: Your order has been placed and will soon be processed
Processing: Your order has been sent to our stock room to be packed and posted
Part Despatched: Some of the products have been sent to you but we are awaiting stock of one or more items, this will usually be a pre-order where a title you have requested has not been released yet. The items you are waiting for will be listed on the ‘Delivery Note’ that you receive with the first shipment.
On Hold – Pre-Order – *: Your order is on hold because a CD you have ordered is not released yet, if any other available items have been ordered they will be despatched to you (you will receive a email saying the order is 'Part Depatched') before the status is changed to ‘On Hold – Pre Order’. The product code will change depending on what item(s) you have pre-ordered.
On Hold – Customer Query: Your have contacted us with an order query or there is a problem with the order that we are contacting you about, if you see this note and have not been in communication with us then please check your emails.
On Hold – Awaiting Stock: Your order will be on hold until we receive the goods to send out to you, this will usually not be more than a few days and only happens with the minority of orders.
Fully Despatched: All your order has now been posted to you
Complete: This is for internal use to show all financial admin has been done to finish the order on our system
